Rainy Day Guarantee:
If the weather isn't looking good, you can take advantage of our Rainy Day Guarantee: The Centre has both indoor and outdoor exhibits - but if you cannot enjoy the outdoor activities due to heavy rain and flooding, we'll give you a voucher to come back free of charge, within the following month, when the weather is better.

Dogs are welcome in our Coffee Shop and gift shop but are not permitted in the Museum or grounds including the Gruffalo Trail.

You are very welcome to use our free car park as a base to explore the surrounding area all we ask is for a small donation to help us maintain the space. Please note that our car park is locked 30 minutes after closing.
With Soudley ponds over the road, easily accessible woodland walks and a brilliant Geology trail accessed in the village it's a great place to explore. Our coffee shop always has treats available for your four-legged friends and even has dog friendly ice-cream!
