The Dean Heritage centre is located in the heart of the Forest of Dean in Lower Soudley. You can see our location on the Forest map below.

 

By Car

We are easily accessible from most major motorway networks and roads.

Use the address as above, but be aware that our postcode will take you just beyond the centre’s actual location when coming from the North and West, just keep your eyes peeled for the DHC entrance sign!

Don’t forget to look out for the brown tourist information signs as you drive into the Forest of Dean.

 

By Public Transport

The Robin

The Robin is a minibus service, has launched in the  Cotswolds (a northern section) and the Forest of Dean (a southern section). The Robin service uses a fully accessible minibus with journey bookings made on a first come first served basis.

You can book between two weeks in advance and up to one hour before you want to travel. Search or ask about a journey and you’ll be shown the best available options for your pick up and drop off.
